Removed setting up Debug steps

When this PR Merges https://github.com/mcneel/RhinoVisualStudioExtensions/pull/17

The debug steps will no longer be necessary.

Other improvements

  • Improved some wordings here and there
  • Guided users to include -sample so there is more code to play with
  • Added better screenshots to reflect this
  • Added mention of distributing via Yak
