Update BootstrapRenderer for new flask-nav element "ViewImg". Provide a sample using template "Logo Nav" of Start Bootstrap.

Will have to have a look at the Flask-Nav pull request first. Regardless, this PR comes with a lot of stuff unrelated to the central issue; the sample app and especially the .gitignore.
