Didn't expect http checks to follow redirects, but they do. I don't see any option to disable this. I think by default check should never follow http redirects, at least...

update-alternatives fails on Ubuntu 14.10

update-alternatives in /usr/bin in Ubuntu 14.10. It is true for both 14 releases. Why even deal with explicit location instead of setting up PATH?
