It turns out there is a bug in the 3.10 release in sysconfig.py when probing the different stdlib schemes for `osx_framework_user`. Note the misplaced quote mark: ```diff diff -r ba2e9a6c433e...
FWIW, the issue with platstdlib was fixed in the next release.
