Implemented closed form of Ridge regression

Here I've implemented ridge regression. Also I've created a test which uses bikes rent data set which allows to know how to use Ridge regression

Can anybody tell me how this conflict appeared? I didn't edit CorrelationTests and Correlation files.

FYI: I've resolved the conflicts and pulled the change into the ridge-regression branch (not yet in master).
