e-mail -> email in most documentation references.

Per comments on PR #1360, this modernizes and harmonizes (makes consistent) the use of the term "email" in the documentation.

It remains as "e-mail" unmodified in places where this spelling occurs in e.g. UI and API messages. Requires work on mastodon/config/locales/en.yml and elsewhere in the main repo to update the language use for the app itself.
