Can't get Unicode characters to show on Windows using Windows Terminal

For some reason, I can't get halo to display Unicode characters correctly. Animation below. I'm using Windows 10, Windows Terminal, Python 3, and can see Unicode characters otherwise. I've tried this with multiple different terminals and shells.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 ver 2004 build 19041.264
  • Terminal in use: Windows Terminal + PowerShell 7
  • Python version: 3.8.3
  • Halo version: Latest

@serivas Hi! This is because we have disabled unicode for Windows. We'll be making changes to extend support for Windows.
