Cant access the forums

Hi I tried this and can now access almost everything but not the forums. I get this if I want to access a forum of a game: No forum available

Steam have baned Chinese playes' IP from accessing forum.

The only way to access them is some kind of proxy.

maybe i would setup a steam web only proxy in a few days

I know I can use vpn to access the forums but was looking for a solution without.

steam web only proxy would be what exactly?
