Sent trash

• [x] When selecting a sent message and pressing delete key the message disappears from the table but after viewing another folder then returning to the sent folder the deleted message reappears. The 'Delete all trashed messages' menu command does not remove such deleted items. The 'Move to trash' context menu command works correctly though.

Additional considerations:

• [x] Pressing delete key in trash folder should permanantly remove selected messages from the database.
• [x] Holding down shift while pressing delete (in any folder) should bypass the trash and permanantly remove the selected messages from the database.
• [ ] Folders in the side trees should have a context menu that allows moving all messages in the folder to trash and/or permanantly removing all messages in the folder from the database

"trash whole folder" will be postponed and maybe even ignored, because you can delete the whole folder by selecting all entries manually.
