DID billing issue when assigned to Agent user
Describe the bug We have assigned to our Agent user . We observe issue today that in our billing calls are charging to our agent but his users are charged at zero . So his profit goes in negative alot . This is major bug . We can not handle DID on this magnus . Please look this urgently and solve this our agent is very upset as he lost huge amount in last 3 4 days and now his client is not accepting this
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Assigned any DID to Agent's user and enter amount in buy sale price
- Save the DID
- Call on that DID and connect that DID and remain connected for few mins
- Now disconnect the call and check the billing you agent get the charged but you agent profit is zero . So user of your agent is not getting any charging.
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Their must be billing option of agent for DID so he can make his profit according to his need like he make his own tarrif's for different users. So he can earn .

This is indeed a major Bug
added the option to charge the agent and agent's client. Please update and make your tests
