                        2 Sip Account on VICIDIAL - Conflicts
Hello, I am using Vicibox 9.0.3 I have added 2 carrier trunks in vicidial, both on same magnus switch, i have configured it with 2 different campaigns, campaign 1 uses prefix 9 with magnus billing sip account example: abc - campaign 2 uses prefix 8 with magnus billing sip account example: xyz -
problem is , we can't dial both campaigns at the same time, dialing is not going through, if we are dialing on campaign 1, campaign 2 stops dialing... if we dial on campaign 2, campaign 1 stops..
now we are using two different dialers for 2 different sips from magnus..
so i have figured, magnus billing creates issue when we use 2 sip accounts into vicidial.
can anyone tell me what will be the issue..
these 2 sips are username password based, not ip based..
problem is running two different campaigns same time using two different sips pointed on single magnus billing switch. we have checked VOS3000 switch, with 2 accounts in 2 campaigns, both working fine at the same time. but when it comes to magnus, it doesnt work.
hi, you can use the option TECHPREFIX con SIP account.
can you please explain in details. please. i am sure lot of people might wants to know this as this is a big help from your side.
create 2 SIP user, IP authentication, and set on SIP A the tech prefix a code, ex 45383. And on the other SIP B set the TECH prefix ex, 92729.
So, you you dial 45383 + number the call will use the SIP A if you dial 92729 + number the call will use the SIP B.
this works as IP based right? how about if the sip is registered as username password based?
