Possibility to change the mage.ai UI language

Using mage.ai IDE UI as an embedded workflow administration interface requires translating the interface into the local system administrator's language.

It would be extremely useful to implement support for a multi-language interface in mage.ai UI, for example in the form of simple JSON files with dictionaries. Implementing the interface in a new language would simply involve replacing the language JSON file.
