Add If-Modified-Since flag to the config

Ability to keep headers away from that parameter, Useful when we have CORS issues.

This would be very useful if combined with https://github.com/lynndylanhurley/ng-token-auth/pull/309. Otherwise it is not that wise to disable it globally, because if you disable this header, your api's tokens will not be able to refresh ad hoc, you would need some custom implementation in your Angular app instead of this library.
