Final Fantasy XIV networking issue introduced between 6.14.4-6.21

This seems like a networking issue since it only happens when asking the game to connect in one of the dataservers iphlpapi I tested various versions of lutris wine and narrowed it down to these two versions,

Related to iphlpapi which had a quite a few changes between the two releases. Possibly an upstream issue too

I should also note (although i think in this case its unrelated) this is the lutris flatpak. In addition to this i have also tested 6.21.6 Log: FFXIVLOG.txt

There are more changes to iphlpapi on Wine 7.1 build, maybe better wait for that build release and trying again.

The only network issues I've seen with 6.21 or 7.1 are related to Dalamud plugins, both the ping plugin and quite often the plugin installer/browser fail to access the network, despite ACT and the game being fine/playable otherwise.

Can I test this without buying the game? If not, I would appreciate a bisect. You can message me on discord for help with that

I don't know if I can help with bisecting. But the game has a free trial(not time restricted) that is more than enough to test it

Im having a similar network issue introduced between these 2 wine versions, for a program called Doomseeker. Its a server browser for old school doom and automatically downloads all the mods and custom content for each server.

The Linux version works flawless, but the windows version after wine 6.14.4 are unable to query servers and gives me this error: Error: Master server for Zandronum: Connection timeout (45.56.67.39:15300).
