Add comments field to installers

Since we can't have comments inside installer as they get lost during translation into JSON, a nice and easy compromise would be to implement a comment field that is only viewable in Edit mode.

We should reflect on whether this is something we actually want and if so, we can reopen this issue.

I still think this is a valid request, it would improve understanding of the script for people other than the author.
