some worthless extra thunks are exposed
For example:
glNormal3ub glNormal3ubv glNormal3ui glNormal3uiv glNormal3us glNormal3usv
Possibly also worth noting: GLES glColor4x etc fixed-point functions are exposed, which aren't in normal GL.
Maybe codegen the thunks, as I have access to the api there.
