any updates here? it would be nice to have the iso_week.h header installed via cmake

Our Android window system doesn't support the minimize power state so the option does nothing. Not really if it's a bug or just an unimplemented feature.

Why not look at how other dependencies are handled in tools/depends/target. Basically as the PR is it's a noop. We need to be able to build dependencies for all platforms.

Just use make.
