Can't open proto at ./MakeProtoHMMSet line 101, <> line 21. Can't open hmms/hmm.0

To fix it

You should create the directories proto/, hmms/, and test/ myself, as well as the subdirectories hmm.0/, hmm.1/, hmm.2/, and tmp/ within the hmms/ directory mannully
