Add subscriptions

This app displays ads, which is a great way to support the development of this app. But ads are annoying, and we like to add subscriptions to disable ads. Overwolf supports subs: https://overwolf.github.io/docs/start/subscriptions-overview

We have to check if this is against Amazon TOS.
