Any way to show only `--user` services?

I have a few services set up with --user flag and I am trying to find a tool that will help me manage them. The last thing I want is an endless list of services I don't care about with my services buried somewhere... Is there any way to filter system services out somehow? If not - would it be possible to implement it myself?
