Print friendliness

I'm loving the new Akka docs. They look great! I like to print out stuff to read on the train and noticed that there wasn't a print style yet.

I know enough CSS to hack together Stylish styles to make blogs, etc. print friendly, and I have some CSS for the Akka docs that I'm happy to create a PR for. I'm not sure if this is the right issue tracker for this. If not, please point me in the right direction. This was my best guess.

Thanks! Don't know how I missed that one. Is page.css the right place to make the addition? Should this project get updated too?
