Lost game due to abandonment when android app showed my opponent offline

What is the problem?

In a recent game I thought my opponent was taking a long time, but then noticed their icon showed them offline. Then I noticed the clock was not moving with my opponent at 3:43 and me at 10:14. I could not do anything and had to force quit the app after which I saw I had lost due to abandonment.

Steps to reproduce the bug

no idea, I have this happen randomly once every few weeks
