Bring back DMFLAGS and DMFLAGS2 for single player

Could you possibly add back the capability of setting DMFLAGS or DMFLAGS2 on single player? The old version of ZDL allowed this. I like to ensure AutoAim is always off, so I keep that set always. On this most recent version, that option is only allowed on multiplayer games.

In addition, can you add the ability to choose other skill levels? Many newer mods use skill levels higher than the defaults, and it would be nice to be able to add your own custom skill level number.
