Spotify-qt could notify you when spotifyd did not start correctly or report spotifyd status

Not necessary an issue, but when using something like #70, if the database is locked, spotifyd will not start correctly and still spotify-qt acts as if it has.

In the past, I used [peekaboo](https://github.com/junegunn/vim-peekaboo), and I liked this feature. Is it possible to be available? Regards Lucas
