Hi

I am a co-maintainer of MdBook and thank you for maintaining this plugin. It looks like this crate hasn't been maintained for a while and still using 0.3 version of mdbook so I was wondering if you would be open to the idea of transferring the repo or adding me and anyone else interested as collaborators. Forking is an option I'd rather not at this point. Thanks
