Exclusive fullscreen

This ensures that LUTs get applied properly to all applications (except exclusive fullscreen ones).

Is that correct that it specifically would not work with "disable fullscreen optimizations" checkbox? IIRC this is the only way to get the true exclusive fullscreen today.
