OTP 24 support - no lager dependency

Compiled on OTP 24 (actually OTP 24.1.2), removing the lager application dependency (lager parse transform wouldn't compile on OTP 24). I replaced all the log calls to the equivalent standard Erlang logger calls. Best regards, Massimo
