Add support for Trevor Flowers' mini VT100

Add support for @TrevorFSmith's mini VT100.

The display side will not require any updates. The keyboard works as a normal USB keyboard, plus an additional serial port for additional features.

  • Output to keyboard: control the seven LEDs.
  • Input from keyboard: additional special keys not supported by regular USB key events. That is, SET-UP, BREAK, and maybe a few more.
