Feature: Generate/accept magnet-link equivalent

If ClearSkies can generate and accept something like a magnet link, the side channel transmission of the share key can be made much easier for the end user. This is one feature BTsync does not have.

Does the daemon/service need any special hooks for this or is it all up to the GUI ?

We need this on the core also.
