ArchWiki: replace underscore in interwiki links table?

Currently the MW module has a method for changing the underscore the separates language tags in ArchWiki interwiki links to an ancoded space (%20); this lets the Interlanguage module correctly handle the urls. See also 8971e6ec5dbfba0df3cb052414fa7685b59c9f72 Maybe the links could be updated directly upstream, though ( https://projects.archlinux.org/vhosts/wiki.archlinux.org.git/tree/extensions/ArchInterWiki.sql )
