Window focus misbehaving
Since installing this on Ubuntu 17.10 I have experienced that the code is correctly sent to Stata, but when focusing back on Atom, it actually brings another window in focus. It could be any active window, but it never picks the Stata one (see gif below). I have tried turning on/off the 'Focus Window' option, but it seems to have no effect. This happens whether I send a few lines or execute the whole do-file.
I'm not sure what's causing that. I never experienced that on Ubuntu 16.04 or Ubuntu 18.04.
I'm assuming it's an Autokey issue.
You can test out the Autokey script in linux/stata-exec.py and run it line by line in the Python interpreter and see what happens.
Still not sure what the issue is, but it won't happen if you use the Stata Jupyter kernel :grinning:
