REPL invocation is broken in 0.2.1 and 0.2.2
REPL invocation is caused by the following in two versions of lein-clr:
lein-clr 0.2.0: Clojure.Main.exe -i foobar.tmp -r
lein-clr 0.2.1: Clojure.Main.exe -i foobar.tmp -e "" -r
In the latter case invoking the REPL fails with the following stack trace on Windows/.NET (not in Mono):
