Update kubernetes-sigs/gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver presubmit configuration

Add securityContext > privileged and resources to pull-gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver-verify presubmit, to allow for docker commands to be run.

Hi @pwschuurman. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

@mattcary Yes, this allows for https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver/commit/46d7e4a01433ff2967cfae64fcbb7b23974bb868 to be tested in our presubmit

@pwschuurman: Updated the job-config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key config.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes-sigs/gcp-compute-persistent-disk-csi-driver/config.yaml

In response to this:
