Create new contributor onboarding e-learning series WIP
This pull request creates a set of slide decks to be used for brand new contributors to get an overview of the Kubernetes organization and its projects. It is intended to be self-paced training that provides a pathway for new contributors to develop skills and knowledge to be effective.
It contains some material relevant to #285.
