Add all use-cases for Zapier automation

We have a Zapier account. Connected to YouTube. Need connection to GDrive & Zoom. Needed to automate publishing of YouTube videos. - this is a separate use case, maybe we should move this into a higher-level issue.
June 16 - Working with Nigel to make sure everything is set up.
Needs to be added to automation folder
Aug 25th - planning to create a new markdown file for tracking Zapier stuff
Sep 1 - Will get over a meet with Nigel regarding the same.
Oct 13 - chris-short: I have a to do for this
- Document all existing workflows
- Diagram work flow, transforms stem to stern
