fix: don't send closeReq twice if it is already sent
This PR tries to fix https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/apiserver-network-proxy/issues/319
- don't send closeReq twice if it is already sent: currently we have single use grpc tunnel, that's why connID does/shall not change during the lifecycle of the connection, that's why I think the firstConnID variable is not really necessary - as it is just controls some Info log currently
- although, I agree that we could add connID comparison/validation, if needed
- silent the rpc error Canceled (it comes in normal client-server close case)
@mainred I have just found that you have a similar PR: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/apiserver-network-proxy/pull/307
Hi @mihivagyok. Thanks for your PR.
I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
I understand the commands that are listed here.

Overall LGTM, and I like the two improvements (handle cancel more nicely, and avoid duplicate close). But the "firstConnID" safety check might be valuable to keep around; even if we don't see it happening now, it could help guard against a serious bug in the future.
@jkh52 I think the firstConnId handling was in-complete earlier, there was only a logging with level=5. I could put back some kind of logic then which helps future investigations. Thanks!

@cheftako @andrewsykim Please take a look. I have rebased the change, and review for final review. Thanks!
