Lack of translations

Hi! I think this app has a lot of potential but it's lacking translations. In my case, in French. I could translate it but I can't see how to do it at all!

We can make this happen if someone can provide the french labels.

It would be great if you add a translation file - could be a resx file or something - so people can change on it.

@fabercs I am going to keep this as a lower priority item as i have other higher priority feature ideas i would like to add. We can revisit if anyone absolutely need this. Thanks
