Make cadabra-jupyter-kernel talk to VS Code frontend

The Cadabra Jupyter kernel can be run on Windows using WSL, and then accessed using the Jupyter notebook interface, but it is easier to use VS Code's Jupyter notebook support. Unfortunately, that frontend does not produce any output for Cadabra cells. See
