Okay, I guess for now it's time to decide what to do with the github dependency... I see a few options: fork or use/create other alternatives. But it would stop up from being on Hackage/Stackage. Do you have any preferences, @chshersh ?

@vrom911 I would like to create an alternative and use it. This way we will be sure that the dependency is lightweight. We can start from implementing the small subset of API we need. I guess it won't be a problem to add our library to Hackage/Stackage 🙂
