OMEMO with non-Kontalk users

Current implementation of OMEMO doesn't allow sending to non-Kontalk users using OMEMO encryption, because non-Kontalk users don't have a PGP key to get trust information from. Find a way to store that trust.

As you already use PGP you might be interested in Ox (XEPs 373 and 374).
