[Bug] Some mods are not being seen as installed

A few mods listed are not being detected as installed (uninstall button shows but the version is not shown under installed and the package will re-download and re-install everytime even if no updates are present).

BetterLoadingScreen is the one i notice this most. both with the exact version from the github manually added as the one getting installed with MLA.

download and installation works fine but it might make it unclear if a mod had received an update through MLA.
