Hello @kmamal,

are there any plans to upgrade to sdl 3? Especially i would like to use the following hint which is only available since 3.2.0: https://wiki.libsdl.org/SDL3/SDL_HINT_JOYSTICK_ALLOW_BACKGROUND_EVENTS
