Remove dependency on S3 and fix implementation.

I stumbled on your little app today and wanted to see how it works, seems to do pretty much what I needed, so I fixed it up a little to run again, I figure it's dead entirely but here's a pull request you can automatically merge if you want. Might help others too if they're still wanting to use it.
