Add negative delay to the hz display

See title. In addition, I wrote a couple of light tests and kept the hz display enabled during topout (quality of life thing I've wanted for a while). More detailed notes on the process can be found here and here.

testing is very cool i kind of want to add stuff for crash gym but that seems like a lot so maybe later
