Accomplished by drawing 14 stripes. Draws both vertically and horizontally to reduce the number of necessary stripes. Length is shifted to the left to make room for the vertical/horizontal bit to save data. Intentionally draws horizontal stripe last so PPUCTRL is left drawing in horizontal mode.
