Cannot build Docker hbnet_web_service Flask-user yanked

Been trying to build the docker container web_service but it fails as Flask-user has been yanked (all versions)

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems all versions have been yanked by the maintainer. Not good really!! But there’s always someone who may have forked the project.
