From what I can see, they removed `KWin::WindowPaintData.shader` and switched from `KWin::Effect` to `KWin::OffscreenEffect` and are now using `KWin::OffscreenEffect.setShader();`. As seen in this commit : https://github.com/KDE/kwin/commit/4363b25b2df494789a6452e4241e5437df17edbf
