Swap to Mercury for page parsing

Right now we pass the full HTML directly into Turndown. Ideally we'd use Mercury instead. However, Mercury doesn't play nice with the way Obsidian hosts/injects plugins, so I need to find a way to either modernize Mercury or inject a prebundled version alongside Pluck.
