Please help translate the algorithms and comments in Python from Portuguese to English, as this would help increase the visibility of the repository, and it's the standard used by the company/people.

Is this repository open to contribute and do changes or is it closed because when I tried to commit, it said that I do not have access hence I had to fork my changes in the repo. Also if you open it at some particular time, may I know what time it is so that I can contribute. Thankyou for your time if you read this.

Please see this. I do not see a PR submitted by you yet. Please confirm you have raised one. Also, if you offer a PR related to a particular issue, remember to add the Issue number in the PR's comments.
