The existing XML manifest doesn't work with the [latest versions of BSNES](https://github.com/bsnes-emu/bsnes). [Screwtape says](https://github.com/bsnes-emu/bsnes/issues/167#issuecomment-799157259) it would need to be converted to the BML format.
